Event Description

NO FRILLS RALLY. NO SPECTATORS. NO FOOD OR DRINK ONSITE. VACCINE PASSES ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL ONSITE. THOSE IN LOCKED DOWN REGIONS (if any) ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND. ADDITONAL SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS: Everyone must follow the COVID-19 Plan for the event that will be emailed out. Failure to comply and you will be asked to leave. Ground sheet to be used, larger than your truck footprint. Extreme Fire Risk so use of welders/grinders will only be allowed in a set location in the pits. Please have extra fire extinguisher(s) in your pit, and be extra vigilant. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: No course inspection will be available due to land owners request. SCRUTINEERING: Will be held at Classic Car Museum Workshop, 11 Railside Place Dinsdale. You will be sent allocated times which must be adhered to. Team and Crew will be required to show Vaccine pass to get wristbands for entry to event. Please scan QR code. Please advise total number of extra wristbands required for your crew in your entry - max. 6 crew per entry $5 each (excl Driver and Navi) EVENT ADDRESS: end of Sager Road, off Karakariki Rd Whatawhata. Same as last 2 times. Please drive slow up Sager Road to minimise dust for residents. DRIVERS BRIEFING AT: 8.00am only Drivers and Navigators please, 1m distance and wearing your mask. PRIZEGIVING - none due to COVID restrictions and keeping Pit Groups. Results will be provided to pits when ready. CAMPING: available onsite both nights within Pit Groups. If camping please add as an extra so we can ensure enough space. Please stay in your team. Masks highly recommended and observe 1m distancing from others. Please take your rubbish from rally site as there will be limited bins. If you are not able to camp with your Driver, please let us know ASAP
