ADDITONAL SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS: Thames National Trial ASRs from the ENCC Helmets and seat belts- Reminder These will be checked on drivers and navigators at scrutineering for correct fitting - please refer to our rule book and also helmet fitting guide lines available online. A fail if not rectified before the event will mean non compliance and exclusion from the event Breakdowns Score Cards must be handed in to the scorers Caravan on entry to the pits for any breakdown. Your score card can then be collected once you have completed your repairs and you exit the pits Reason for this is to allow the officials to track your location easily. This will give officials the ability to try and allow everyone to complete the day. It will also give officials the much needed breaks required and allow the marshals to move locations from morning to afternoon. Please make sure you notify the scorers caravan if it's a breakdown and not a DNF This requirement is in force for the 2020/21 season Returning to the course after a breakdown Please return to the next course number after you broke. ie; break on course 10 return to course 12. Please make sure every effort is made to catch back up to your group, as we do not want you to be last out on the course if we can help it. This requirement is in force for the 2020/21 season Alcohol testing will be a random selection and names will be called at drivers briefing for those to be tested . Testing may also take place after any serious accident IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: For large Vehicles and trailers the best direction to access the rally site is from the North (Thames end) There will be traffic control at the property entry. SCRUTINEERING: Will be held at ADDRESS:Jeffcoat Automotive, 15 Kopu Road, KOPU 3.00pm - 6.00pm DRIVERS BRIEFING AT:8.30am PRIZEGIVING STARTS: 7.00pm HELD AT: Hikutaia School hall Dinner : Buffet NATIONAL 4X4 TRIALS EVENING MEAL MENU Price pp: $35 buffet and $15 for kids 15 and under Meats: Ham Roast Chicken Roast Beef Salads: Broccoli Salad Green Salad Sides: Roast Potatoes Slow Cooked Carrots Dessert: Chocolate Brownie Apple Shortcake Fruit Salad Served with ice cream/whipped cream Thank you for supporting Hikutaia School.
