ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS: IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: No course inspection will be available due to land owners request. SCRUTINEERING: Will be held at Tomalin's Farm, 5-7pm ADDRESS: 123 Overdale Road, Putaruru DRIVERS BRIEFING AT: 8.00am PRIZEGIVING STARTS: HELD AT: Tomalin's, 123 Overdale Road, Putaruru (same location as scrutineering) MEALS/DRINKS BYO Drinks, Meals will be available from 6.00pm (approx) Meal is sheep on a spit, salad or coleslaw and buns. Slices/cakes for dessert. Please bring your own chair, drinks and plate if you require one. MEAL TICKETS: Adults $15 Children 5-12 yrs $5 (under 5 yrs free) Include in Event Entry and payment online CAMPING: Available at Tomalin's (scrutineering/prize giving venue) for the weekend. Ladies and Juniors competition the following day - Please look out for info on this. |
