Event Description |
EVENT VENUE: 300 Marshall Road, Rangiwahia. This is approximately 11km from State Highway 1 via Otara Rd, turn left into Mangamako Road (sign posted) then into Marshall Road, which is approximately 3km of metal road EVENT CATERING: A BBQ lunch will be available (local school fundraiser) ADDITONAL SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS: Will be issued at Drivers Briefing IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: No course inspection will be available due to land owners request. SCRUTINEERING: 2-5pm, Friday 9 January 2014 ADDRESS: 21 KOTUKUTUKU ROAD, HUNTERVILLE DRIVERS BRIEFING AT: 8:00am PRIZEGIVING STARTS: 6:00pm HELD AT: Ohingaiti Hotel, State Highway 1, Ohingaiti DRINKS Drinks from 6:00pm, Meals will be available from 7:00pm (approx) MEAL TICKETS: Adults $20 Children Under 12 years $8.00 Meal tickets must be ordered by closing date for entries. Any meal tickets ordered after this date will incur an additional charge due to the late notice. Include Meal tickets in Event Entry and payment online CAMPING: Onsite camping is available on Friday and Saturday nights.
