ADDITONAL SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS: COMPETITIORS CONFRENCE: - Will be held on site after scrutineering at 6.30pm - Please bring along a chair IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: - No course inspection will be available due to landowners' request SCRUTINEERING: - Will be held on site from 3-6pm EVENT ADDRESS: - 42 Symond Road, Rotoma, Whakatane DRIVERS BRIEFING AT: - 8.30am PRIZEGIVING HELD AT: - Edgecumbe Primary School - 92 College Road, Edgecumbe MEALS/DRINKS/PRIZEGIVING: - Drinks from 5pm, Meals will be available from 6pm (approx) - No BYO, bar is cash only at this stage - Prizegiving will follow after MEAL TICKETS: All $28 - Dinner is a Hangi which consists of: - 3 Meats, Potato, Kumara, Pumpkin & Stuffing - Steamed pudding & custard Include in Event Entry and payment online CAMPING: - Available on site - $20 camping fee for Friday night - Then, camping is free at the Edgecumbe Primary School following prizegiving on Saturday night
