Event Description

ADDITONAL SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS: Please have a ground sheet under your truck in the pits. COVID-19 INFORMATION: As a club, we will have QR codes to scan at both scrutineering, the event site and prizegiving. Please use these and scan in. We will also be checking vaccine passes. This time around we do require everyone who will be coming to the event (competing or not) to be double vaccinated and to show their pass. No pass, no entry. We will be giving out wrist bands at scrutineering once we have sighted your vaccine pass. This will enable us to see who has and has not got a band on when we are in the pits - especially if we know you are a part of a crew and haven't got one on. Please indicate on your entry how many crew/family or friends you intend to have with you so we can estimate the amount of wrist bands to get (these will only be handed out when we see each person’s pass, so it would be good if all your crew can be at scrutineering.) Rachel will accept a screenshot of a crew member's pass IF they have a legitimate reason not to be at scrutineering. It's just for our piece of mind and so that we are seen to be checking everyone. All public is checked upon arrival into the parking paddock by security officers, and we check all of our helpers. INFORMATION FROM THE COMPETITIONS COMMITTEE: To all License holders, Now it looks like the rest of our 2021/2022 season will be run under the new traffic light Covid Protection Framework. This means that for each round we will require all attendees including Competitors, Crew, Officials and Spectators to hold a valid vaccine passport. This is because our rounds are classed as events under this protection framework and the vaccine pass is mandatory for events to go ahead. I apologise on behalf of the ENCC if this prevents anyone from competing but we have to work within the government regulations. This is the same for many other motorsport bodies in NZ.
