ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS: IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: No course inspection will be available due to land owners request. SCRUTINEERING: Will be held at The Edgecumbe Cosi Club, (Bridge Street Edgecumbe) From 1Pm till 5Pm All new or re-invented trucks to be available at or close to 1pm please DRIVERS BRIEFING AT: 8am in the pits PRIZEGIVING STARTS: 7pm or thereabouts HELD AT: Edgecumbe Cosi Club MEALS/DRINKS Drinks from 5pm , Meals will be available from 6pm (approx) MEAL TICKETS: Adults $25 Children 5-12 yrs $ 12.50 Include in Event Entry and payment online CAMPING: Onsite camping available both nights, a secondary tent sight is available 2 mins up the road from the rally sight (contact Shayne or Rhys for details) self contained camping also available at the Cosi Club. Meal consists of: Mild Butter Chicken on Rice (GF) Gourmet Hamburgers with Fries (GFO) Assortment of Sweet slices (GFO) GFO Available if emailed through to svazey@gmail.com two weeks prior to event please Your $25 gets you: 2 Burgers 1 scoop butter chicken 1 scoop of rice 1 scoop of chips 3 sweet slices |
