ADDITONAL SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS: IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: No course inspection will be available due to land owners request. SCRUTINEERING: Will be held at Bucky Motorsport 316 Dudley Road, Inglewood From 1pm - 4pm PLEASE NOTE: The AGM will follow after Scrutineering at 5pm (same place) Bring along a chair - we will also have a free BBQ between Scrutineering and the AGM. ADDRESS: 100 Hu Road, Rawhitiroa, Eltham DRIVERS BRIEFING AT: 8:00am in the pits PRIZEGIVING STARTS: 7:00pm HELD AT: TET MultiSports Centre, Stadium Restaurant & Bar 62 Portia Street, Stratford MEALS/DRINKS Drinks from 5:30pm, Meals will be available from 6:00pm (approx) MEAL TICKETS: Adults $25 - Children up to 12 yrs $1 per year of age MENU: Hot Ham on the bone Roast Beef Roasted Root Veggies Stir fried Veggies Lettuce Salad Freshly made bread rolls Ice cream and brownie Quick note - this is NOT a BYO venue, there will be a fully licenced bar operating all night. Include in Event Entry and payment online CAMPING: Camping is available onsite, free of charge from Friday night (you must remove all rubbish from the site) There are toilets onsite Accommodation - Stratford would be the best place to stay (very central) - it is 20 minutes from the rally site and 20 minutes from scrutineering - plus prizegiving is in Stratford and its an easy walk. ALSO: There will be a breakfast on site the morning of the rally by the Inglewood Scouts. This will be from 7am to 8am at $10 per person. Please include in the entry fee.
