ADDITONAL SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS: IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: No course inspection will be available due to land owners request. SCRUTINEERING: Will be held at: McIntyre Reserve, Ohingaiti. Otara Road, Approx 400m from Highway 1, from 2.00 -4.00pm Meeting to discuss remits will be held at Flat Hills, 5733 State Highway 1, Ohingaiti at 5.30pm, Friday 23rd February 2018. Snacks and refreshments will be available for purchase. DRIVERS BRIEFING AT: 08.00am PRIZEGIVING: HELD AT: Flat Hills, 5733 State Highway 1, Ohingaiti MEALS/DRINKS, Meals will be available from 6.00pm (approx). Bar available MEAL TICKETS: Adults: $25 Children: 5-12 yrs $ 15 Menu: Main: - Honey Mustard Champagne Ham - Roasted Chicken Drumsticks - Gourmet Potatoes OR Baked Potatoes - Pasta Salad OR Potato Salad - Coleslaw - House Salad - Salad greens with carrot, tomato, red onion and bean sprouts - French Sticks with Garlic Butter Desert: - Chocolate Fudge Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream Include in Event Entry and payment online CAMPING: Will be available next to the rally site, Friday and Saturday. You will need to bring your own drinking water. Camping is on the neighbouring property so there is a small charge of $10 per night per group. Flat Hills Accommodation - Pod Cabins: 4x Cabins on site 1x double, 1x twin, 2x family (1x double bed and 2x single) $100 per night for up to 2 guests, $10 per night per extra person. Cabins include all linen and towels, tea and coffee making facilities and have Freeview TV. Powered and Non-Powered Sites: 13 sites available, 12 which have access to power. $40 per night for a powered site for up to 2 guest, $5 per night per extra person. $30 per night for a non-powered site for up to 2 guests, $5 per night per extra person. All Cabins and campsites share access to the brand new campers lounge, with cooking facilities, TV and unlimited free WIFI. Shower access for non-guests - $5 per person or $10 per person with towel provided.
