Event Description |
ADDITONAL SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS: IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: No course inspection will be available due to land owners request. SCRUTINEERING: Will be held on site at 1051 Tahuna Rd, Waiterimu on Saturday 9th December from 2-5pm PRIZE GIVING: Ohinewai Hall, 15 Tahuna Road from 7pm, Sunday 10th December. MEALS/DRINKS: Doors open 6:00pm, meals will be available from 6.30pm (approx) Adult tickets $30 and under 5 is free This prize giving is BYO drinks DRIVERS BRIEFING AT: 8am in the Trials Pits Lunch avaliable through onsite catering CAMPING: Is available both nights of Saturday and Sunday at no charge on site, Toilets provided but please bring your own drinking water. Menu for Prize giving: Main Meal: Roast Pork with crackle and apple sauce Chicken drumsticks with honey and soy glaze Colourful coleslaw Corn Salad Potato Salad Broccoli and bacon pasta salad Dessert Pavlova with berry compote and cream Raspberry Cheesecake |
