*****URGENT UPDATE: Due to unforeseen circumstances the locations of Scrutineering, AGM and Prize-Giving have had to be moved. They are now at the following locations: Scrutineering - will be held at Autokraft on 693 Tremaine Avenue, Palmerston North between 3pm and 5pm Saturday 22 April AGM - will be held at Hockey Manawatu, Twin Turfs Pavilion, 6A Manawaroa Street, Palmerston North, 5.30pm Saturday 22 April Prize-Giving - will be held at Hockey Manawatu, Twin Turfs Pavilion, 6A Manawaroa Street, Palmerston North, from 5pm Sunday 23 April Menu is the same as previously provided. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.  ADDITONAL SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS: IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: Course inspection will be available after AGM, camping available on site so you can wander the course if you want, any compliments are welcome. SCRUTINEERING Saturday 3 - 5pm Sausage Sizzle Fundraiser will be available at scrutineering. AGM Saturday 5.30pm DRIVERS BRIEFING AT: 8am in the Trials Pits PRIZEGIVING STARTS: 7pm-ish MEALS/DRINKS, doors open 5:30pm , Meals will be available from 6pm (approx) MEAL TICKETS: Adults $25 Children 5-12 yrs $10 (under 5 yrs free) Include in Event Entry and payment online please. CAMPING: Is available both nights of Saturday and Sunday at no charge, Toilets provided but please bring your own drinking water, No taps on this part of the farm.
