ADDITONAL SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS: Due to both the pits area and the Trial site being a working farm we ask that you please take your rubbish with you and try contain any spilled oils and fuels as best you can. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: No course inspection will be available due to land owners request. SCRUTINEERING and PITS: Will be held From 2PM till 5PM at 94 Downard Road White Pine bush Whakatane DRIVERS BRIEFING AT: 8am sharp PRIZEGIVING STARTS: 7pm Roughly HELD AT: Scruiteneering site, 94 Downard Road MEALS/DRINKS from as soon as your ready BYO as this is on site, Meals will be available from 6pm (approx) MEAL TICKETS: Adults $20 Children 5-12 yrs $14 (under 5 yrs free) Include in Event Entry and payment online Adult Meal consists of: 2x Loaded Burgers with- Pattie, Coleslaw, Pineapple, Hashbrown, Beetroot Relish, and Tomato Relish. (Gluten free Available if pre ordered) Kids: single burger with all of the above. Dessert: An Assortment of sweet slices, Caramel slice, Rocky road, Raspberry slice, Carrot cake, Gluten free Blondie and Gluten free cookies. CAMPING: Will be available in the pits both nights, We would appreciate a $5 donation per person per night for camping that we will pass on to the land owner.
