SCRUTINEERING: Will be held on site: 50 Symond Road, Rotoma From 2pm to 4pm The Competitors Conference and AGM will be held in the pits (marquee) from 5pm sharp Please bring along a chair EVENT ADDRESS: 50 Symond Road, Rotoma DRIVERS BRIEFING AT: 8:30am PRIZEGIVING STARTS: 7pm (approx.) The NZ 4x4 Trials Prizegiving will be held after this HELD IN THE PITS: 50 Symond Road, Rotoma - BYO Chair & Drinks MEALS from 6pm (approx.) MEAL TICKETS: Adults $25 Children 5-12 yrs $10 (under 5 yrs free) Menu: Roast Chicken Cold Meat (Ham or Mutton - TBC) Roast Potatoes Green Salads Fruit Salad & Ice Cream Include in Event Entry and payment online CAMPING: On site both Friday and Saturday night is available for $5 per person. To be paid on the day.
