ADDITONAL SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS: IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: No course inspection will be available due to land owners request. SCRUTINEERING: Scrutineering is on site (in a separate location to the pits) between 2.00pm - 5.00pm 1/11/2024 As this is a working farm we request that no alcohol be present at scrutineering. The scrutineering area is not big so we request that you unload as quickly as possible, get through scrutineering then load up straight away and move on to the pits area. Prize giving will now be held in the pits, weather allowing. If you have purchased meal tickets & paid for them please contact secretary.hb4wdclub@gmail.com CAMPING: Available on site. We request that you take your rubbish home with you after the event. It is quite some distance from the gate to the rally site on a narrow farm track so please drive carefully & be aware BBQ & A COFFEE CART WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SITE PROVIDED BY THE ONGAONGA VOLUNTEER FIRE BRIGADE AS A FUND RAISER, SO PLEASE SUPPORT THEM
