ADDITONAL SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS: IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: No course inspection will be available due to land owners request. SCRUTINEERING: Will be held onsite at 8795 SH26, Puriri from Friday 14th April from 3pm to 5pm The AGM will be held at 5.30pm on Friday 14th April. ADDRESS: DRIVERS BRIEFING AT: 8795 SH26, Puriri - onsite at the event 8.30am PRIZEGIVING STARTS:6.30pm HELD AT: onsite at 8795 SH 26, There will be a live local band called Xcalibre performing at prizegiving. There will be a lamb and pork spit served with buns and a selection of salads. There will be slices for dessert. There will be a bar on site to purchase drinks from during prizegiving, strictly over 18 in the bar area. Drinks from $5 beer/wine $6 RTD and $2 soft drink Meals will be available from 7pm (approx) MEAL TICKETS: Adults $35 Children 5-12 yrs $ 15 (under 5 yrs free) Include in Event Entry and payment online CAMPING: Camping is free and onsite Transport: There will be a small minibus operating to shuttle you from camp site/ competition area over to the other side of the farm for prizegiving - a gold coin donation to the driver.
