ADDITONAL SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATION: SCRUTINEERING: Will be held in the pits between 2-5pm, 21st October 2017 ADDRESS: Downard Road Awakeri Whakatane DRIVERS BRIEFING AT: 0800 in the pits PRIZEGIVING STARTS: 1900 HELD AT: Edgecumbe Cosmopolitan club. Bridge street Edgecumbe. There will be a courtesy bus from the rally site to the club and back running, gold coin donation appreciated for a ride. MEAL TICKETS: Adults $20 Children 5-12 yrs $10 (under 5 yrs free) Drinks available from the bar or BYO but must be consumed off the cosi club grounds. Breakfast also available: $15 Include in Event Entry and payment online Breakfast Menu: Eggs Baked Beans Hash Browns Bacon Bread Sausage Cereal & Milk Coffee/Tea Dinner Menu: Chicken BBQ Steak BBQ Mutton Chop Steamed Vegies Green Salad Potato Salad Chocolate Cake CAMPING: Available in the pits both nights. Please take your own rubbish away. Otherwise Awakeri Hot Pools ,Thornton Motor camp and Whakatane itself is less than 10 minutes up the road. Motorhome/self contained camping available outside the cosi club on prize giving night. The Rally site is easy to find, turn onto White pine bush Road and follow your nose. There are only three roads off of it, one being Downard road, (so we are sure you will find it eventually). It is only about 500m up Downward Rd. The land we have secured is a working farm so please respect it, we apologize for any presents left on the ground from the cows. We would clean them up, but that would be a crappy job.
